I made reservation for time period requested and recieved multiple confirmations prior to rental date. Arrived at pickup location requested shuttle and was then told by text my rental would not be honored, money was not refunded and no one answered the phone. Left me without transportation. Awful experience. I would never recomend a company that leaves customers stranded. And the staff should be ashamed of themselves for not even picking up the phone.
They quote a low rate and expect you to read the fine print about some ridiculous time deadline to keep that rate. Then some stupid comment about how the staff could not recreate a rental under the old rate. It is just an excuse to charge more and I do not do business with companies that do not honor their agreements. Nor will I recommend them.
I brought proof of insurance (as requested) yet they said I needed the actual declaration page that showed my coverage. Who carries that with them? First time a rental car company has ever required that. I had to by their insurance, which doubled my rate. Second they added pay tolls due to highest. I am not familiar with the roads so felt forced (the way the gentleman explained it) to add it. Only to find out, there were zero tolls on my drive. I tried calling to get it removed and they said no
We waited more than 20 minutes to be picked up at the airport, it took more than an hour to get the rental car. As we pulled out of the lot the low tire pressure light came on. Turned around and went back and they said it was just because there was not a cap on the stem. They said “it’s fine. You can just go or we can add air if you want.” I waited another 15 minutes to have air added to the tire and had to fill the tire almost daily to continue driving on it.
NEVER EVER rent from this company They canceled..30 minutes before pick up...You call..& it goes to voice mail....called both numbers & it disconnects
I will tell everyone never to rent from this company....Horrible experience...what nerve sending me a survey...

The woman who helped me CLT location on Wilkinson Blvd the evening of 2/25 was extremely helpful. She contacted me directly on my cell to assist me with changing my pickup time due to a delayed flight and helped make sure my confirmation remained the same. I travel a lot for business and I intend to use Mega MC when possible due to this very positive experience I had. I wish I took down the woman at the front desk's name -she was fantastic!
I was left stranded at airport. Never a call back. Could not reach an agent until the next day. Called 6 times and no live contact.
The price quote they gave beat the other agencies, but that was only because the other agency prices included insurance and Mega MC’s did not. I felt like this was very misleading. We waited for 50 minutes for the shuttle van to pick us up. Once we were shuttled to their agency, I was told the price I was quoted and then found out the insurance would nearly double the price which made their price below average. I wasn’t at all happy with this and will not be using them again.
I’m very happy with entire experience with this agency! Highly recommend!
