Was weary of using a non-national brand - but everything was perfect!
My experience with Mega MC LLC was beyond my expectations. The people who work here were very responsive to my needs and their communication with me throughout the process was better than any other company I have ever worked with. My plans were their priority. The car was really great as well. It was in excellent condition and the rate was incredible! I will use their company again and I would highly recommend them to anyone visiting Charlotte.

Over a 45 min wait to be picked up. Car was perfect. Delivery back to airport was immediate. Driver was great on way back to airport.
Very pleasant experience. The staff could not have been more friendly. From pickup at the airport to checkout and return to the airport, I could not have asked for better service. I normally am leery renting from off-property agencies. In this case, I HIGHLY recommend these folks over the 'Big Boys' at the airport. Next time I am in Charlotte and need a vehicle, this is the first place I'll check.

MEGA MC was great! The car was clean and in good condition. They shuttled us to and from the airport and when our flight was delayed 18 hours they refunded us for the day we missed because of that. We will definitely use them again!
