Off-site from the airport, but customer service was exceptional picking us up and dropping us off in a clean Mercedes shuttle van. Because they are off-site, you have to plan on an extra 10-minutes, but their customer service and attentiveness makes this a seemless process with door-to-door drops off's.
We were worried about the off airport location that is. It with the other rentals, and finding the shuttle. It could be more clear at the rental web site, but in the end it was fine. Would use again, knowing better how it works. Wonderful friendly staff. Returning car and getting to airport was easy. Love supporting smaller hands on businesses.

It took 15 minutes for pickup, then 15 minute drive to rental company. Worst fact was that they would not provide shuttle service back to the airport.

This is the most reasonable car rental company in Charlotte. Great customer service and vehicles. I will be renting from them every time I visit Charlotte, NC!
