Check-in was quick and easy
This company cancelled my rental the night before via email and I had to rent somewhere else. They never returned my call, texts, or emails.
An excellent value in Charlotte, NC. Well worth the 10-15 minute drive from the airport. Shuttle driver was polite and friendly. Office staff was also helpful and professional. They honored the reservation cost although it had not added in one of the taxes. The car was very clean and dependable. Will definitely use again.

I rented a vehicle on line. Received a confirmation. Thirty minutes before pickup, I received an email that there were no cars available. Unreal.
First time with Mega Mc. The experience was great.
I feel I was the victim of a bait and switch. When I made the reservation, there was nothing on the form to indicate that this agency was not located at the CLT airport. After my reservation was booked, I looked up the company listed on the confirmation form (Mega MC, LLC) and discovered that not only was it not located at the airport, it was also closed on the day I was confirmed to pick up the rental car. I tried numerous times to call the phone number listed on Mega MC's website (busy signal)
Was not told that they do not open until 8:00am. We needed to drop off car and get shuttle to airport by 7:00am. Had to call uber to get a ride. Was charged an additional 250.00. They said car was damaged on left side. There was no damage to the car. This is the worst company I have ever had to deal with. They should not even be in business. I tried calling the day before drop off to ask if they would be available early morning to drop off. I emailed them received no reply.
