The only problem was the distance from the airport to the office.

couldn't hear receptionist very well. needs to speak up more. esp w/ airport noise. hard time communicating where the shuttle was exactly. best if notating the color of the column along w/ #1 of column for pick up. / verify insurance ahead of pick up would help facilitate it quicker. otherwise great experience. staff very friendly.

Excellent service and a wonderful car rental agency. We were looking for a car rental in the Charlotte area and everyone was so expensive. I found mega and was a little hesitant but it far exceeded my expectations. The driver who picked us up in the shuttle was extremely friendly and courteous and the car that we got was better than what we had requested. I would highly recommend this company and I would definitely use them again if I was in the Charlotte area
I had an early arrival @ CLT (8:15 AM). It took 30 min for me to get someone to answer the phone, and 45 min for the shuttle to show up, even though they knew in advance of my early arrival. The rate asked for at check-in was $200 more than the rate quoted online, but when pointed out, they honored the online rate. Other than those two issues, everything was excellent: car was fine, staff were pleasant, my late return (6:30 PM) was handled perfectly.
