It was a good experience. It was a little challenging understanding the staff, but we begin to communicate through Text which worked well. They were a little behind in picking me up at the airport, but the gentleman was a pleasure to speak with on the trip to the office.
Excellent customer service. Satisfied with every aspect of our rental experience. Decided to give this small, family owned company a chance and they did not disappoint. They also had the best rate which was the reason we chose to rent a car from their agency.
Mega MC LLC was very easy to work with, from booking through the return of the car process. Our shuttle driver, Eddie, was pleasant and easy to talk to while on our drive to and from, and he opened our doors and helped load and unload our bags with a smile. We did not experience any problems with this company and would highly recommend them to any other friends and family looking to rent a car through car rental express!
My only negative comment is that the car was billed as seating 5 with 5 pieces of luggage. We were 4 people with 4 pieces of luggage and it was a very tight fit for the luggage. On the return trip we had 5 people and a few more packages, but it was very tight both ways. The car was a Kia Soul. I was not able to see out of the rear view window because of the luggage. The car drove beautifully and we made it back without any mishaps.
