The shuttle driver was very polite. The check in process was easy and dropping the car back off was quick. The service and value was much better than other rental car companies I have used.

My reservation was canceled by the company for a legitimate reason (the car was in an accident), however I was not notified until I was calling the company for a shuttle to pick up the car. The employee was very sympathetic, she did mention that I was supposed to get an email the day before about the reservation. The experience was poor because a bad thing happened to the company, I just wish I would have known sooner about the incident.

The shuttle was a little confusing to figure out at first, but we just called and got help right away! Got a shuttle from and back to the airport in a timely manner and the car was perfect for our short trip!
