ref 25mia2111 Please proceed to cancel my reservation due to poor customer service after calling your offices and being attended to by Mr. Martin, by whom I was attended to in a rude manner and without being able to finish my conversation, he proceeded to hang up on me without being able to finish my consultation... for a company that works with the public, you should have better trained personnel... I also keep in mind that this is Miami... thanks pd. they never want to return my money
