I was charged an amount and then when I got there I was charged more. They also charged my credit card a $1500 amount that they said will take 7 days to get back. The person who I had to try and work with only understood a little English so I didn’t get an explanation as to why there were different prices. The money was not refundable that I already paid and I needed a car so I was captive. It also took 2 hours to try and get everything done because of the language barrier. Very deceptive.
I pay for a car, dont give it to me and you keep my money. I have request several time to get a refund and get no answer. If you dont refund i will complain with my cart company and explain all over the web how your steal money from your customers. I am retired, i have plenty of time to do it.
I had a terrible experience. I tried calling from the airport for pick-up instructions, but they had a nonworking telephone # listed on the reservation, so we took an Uber to the place. There wasn't a rental facility, it was a kiosk in the corner of a parking lot of another rental car. They were filling out the forms by hand. Despite our reservation, they didn't have cars available. We left without a car and paying for an Uber to take us to our destination. This place is definitely a scam.
This was my worst experience EVER trying to rent a car! One person was at the booth who was covering for the regular worker who was sick. She barely spoke English and had no idea what to do. After I waited over an hour (2-people in line in front of me), I found out that they didn't even have a car for me!! Three others in line with me canceled their reservations as well. No cars for any of us. Ridiculous!!
Never got the car no cars available. First told it would be 3 to 4 hr before a car would be available then after 3 hr told it would be another 3 to 4 hr no cars came had to Uber to my destination then you all charge me for the rental I never got because you did not have any cars will never rent from you and I will not recommend it to anyone
I had a terrible experience with this rental car company. Upon arriving at the airport, they did not answer the phone, and there were no clear instructions on how to pick up the car. The process was extremely unorganized, and to make things worse, the staff was completely unprofessional. The one person we spoke to had no idea what she was doing and clearly lacked training. On top of all that, they didn’t even have any cars available despite our reservation! I ended up leaving, taking an Uber
We paid for a gps in our package but didn't get one the customer service rep asked if we could drive to Miami in order to get a gps and that would of been out of our way so we ended up with none which i didn't think was fair. Do you think that was fair? Also the service light was on so the car needed to service. The customer serve representative was very nice.
