I was given better car, than expected. Negative experience - is ti find gas station near the rental office. Excellent company, good cars)))
I ordered a luxury car. The employee told me there were no cars left.. Take a regular car.. I told him to give me a better car and he told me its prices are high. I told him this is your problem. He told me you have two options: take this regular car or cancel the reservation. I had no other choice. The car was broken down and its balance was dangerous. I informed them of this when I returned the car. It was a bad experience.
I paid additional money for a convertible but the roof was not operating properly and we could not use the car as a convertible. Disappointed as that was the reason we paid the extra daily rate for the car. We did not go back to office to have it looked at as we had done so already for a window that would not shut properly

We wasted enough time of our short vacation, and opted not to go back to get a third car.

Very long wait to check in. Confusing transportation from airport, lots of waiting. The agency is across the street but we had to take two different means of transport & it took over an hour even before our long checkin wait.
The wait line was quite long. There could have been at least 2 more agents. Also I returned the car 10 mins late and was charged 1 hour extra despite leaving the car with more gas then when I had returned. It would have been a nice gesture to waive the late fees due to this.
Wait time was atrocious, but all other parts of the rental experience were great
Worst rental experience I’ve ever had. Will never use midway again. I was on the phone with them trying to find their location and arrived 2 minutes past 10. They locked the doors and wouldn’t look at me. 2 minutes! There was still a large line of people inside. Why accept my booking for 10pm if you’re closed exactly at 10?
No pickup service at the airport. Had to pay ride service to get to the agency. Very long line but the agent I dealt with was courteous. I was very disturbed they would not accept my CREDIT/Debit card for payment. Car had dirty windows, windshield washer was out of fluid and the cruise control didnt work. Also the bright lights for the headlights didnt work. Not likely to rent there again.
