Lower level drop off at LAX not so good. stop at every gate to pick-up or drop-off, very time consuming if you are trying to get a flight.
Very smooth procedure from pick-up to return. Didn't try to sell us extras.
car was very cosmetically damaged. many scratches, dents etc.
my flight was on ehour early so they made me wait 1 hours sitting in the lobby until my documents reservation time even though they had a lot full of cars
I had gotten a "free upgrade" to a Dodge Journey from a economy car, because they did not have any economy cars available. I chose an economy car for a reason but instead had to drive a much larger and less economic car for our trip. I spent way more in fuel, and did not save a penny.
good car. rep tried to give me a mini van and after i declined he kept trying to talk me into it because he didn't have the car i had rented on site and it was going to take 20mins to go get it from the lot. i did not take the mini van.
I like the new car video and picture walk around. I always have a pleasant experience with mcar that's why I'll always be coming back.

The car is new. But there's saying that it would have a 15% discount applied on the total if we reserved the rental online. However, once I picked up the car, they insist that the discount is only for particular cars. I have no words...
