This is the 4th or 5th time I've rented from MCar (was Midway before), a few times in LA, and having such a great experience in the past I decided to try MCar again in Burbank. What a great decision! Very competitive pricing, a brand spanking new car, and the gentleman even waited for us to arrive before closing, even though our flight landed at 6:15 and closing time was 6pm. Although, FYI, our confirmation email said 9-9pm. All in all, super happy! I always recommend MCar!
It was very close to LAX. There shuttle quick and fast. The MCAR staff was very friendly and know what they were doing. Car was clean, I love how they use iPad to take pictures of the car before. I will rent it again.
The only thing that would need to be better is if you they actually informed you where to exactly to drop the vehicle off at the return time. When i picked the vehicle up, they didnt. When i went to return, i actually had to go inside to ask where to return. He could have told me where when i picked it up.
MCar was great, couldnt have been happier except maybe if they upgraded me for free to a nicer car! But overall, I had looked at the reviews of all the "known brand" companies and they were awful. MCar was an easy experience and would highly recommend to anyone.
Rental company was short on cars, thankfully they had something available for $5 more but if reservations are made, Cars need to be available without waiting 30+ minutes.
I have rented from MCar each time I am in LA. Great service and cars at a good rate. No standing in long lines like at other rental places.
Better than Hertz!
MCar was great. There is a shuttle bus from LAX running every 5 minutes and it stops right in front of MCar. After mentioning to them about my reservation, the paper work literally took about 1-2 minutes to get through. After an inspection of the vehicle's current state, we were on our way. I would definitely go with them again if the price is once again right.
Rental was very good as always. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. I only rent from here when i go to LA.
