On the car they gave us, the tire pressure light came on regularly so we had to put air in one of the tires on a near daily basis. The maintenance required light also came on halfway through our trip. Of course we were nowhere near the rental agency to be able to swap the car out. Having a bad tire added stress to our trip.
I was disappointed with my vehicle. When I departed the lot it came to my attention that it was missing a hub cap. Midway is typically known for having great quality cars but I was driving around in a car that looked like it had a donut wheel on the back of it.
Second experience with Midway and both were fantastic.
I was beyond pleased and cannot believe how smoothly everything went from the shuttle to pick up and return! Nothing has ever gone this well at LAX!! I loved the Kia Optima that was brand new! I have already recommended you to family and friends!!
Staff was great long line at check in. Airport shuttle did not stop the first loop, but LAX is a busy airport so understandable

Staffs directions for returning the vehicle were vague....when we picked up all they said was drop it off right here! When a few more details could have easily been provided to ensure a smoother drop off and return to airport shuttle.
The car was excellent!
The car was great. Service was great. Only problem was the pick up from the airport. The email said nothing about looking for "Joe's " truck, it wasn't until after we called the rental agency that we found out what shuttle to jump into. We did end up getting charged double than what we were told. Our receipt shows a returning balance but we have yet to see it deposited. Other than those 2 issues, smooth transition.
Overall an amazing experience. In and out quick. Shuttle service was prompt. Very happy with my experience and will definitely be recommending and renting from you again.
