Smooth pickup, good car, super-smooth drop-off.
We left a garage door opener in the car, but when they cleaned it out they did not mark it so it would be registered to me. It was thrown into a random bin. I later called to retrieve it, but they had two in the “missing bin”. I did not know which one was mine because it was the air bnb garage opener. The car rental company sent the landlord the wrong one and then claimed that was the only one they had. The landlord called the car rental company and told me she was poorly treated.
I only knew about the 200 deposit by reading the fine print, it would be good to know upfront
They didn't have any compact cars available, but on the other hand I got a better car than I booked, even though I didn't want that, so overall it was OK.
