New car which was great on gas.
I have used MCar or Midway Car Rental about seven times over the past 3-4 years and it is always a flawless experience!
I have always had a wonderful experience with your cars and highly praised your company in the past. However, the car I got had a strong air freshener smell and I figured out why after driving it shortly. It smelled like urine inside the vehicle and was awful. The smell never went away. There were multiple stains on all of the seats. So disgusting. I've never seen anything like it and am very disappointed. I rent exclusively from you guys at LAX and am reconsidering doing so now.
Staff is always welcoming and love the fact that you can drop off the rental after hours and just put the keys in that mettle box.
