It was good overall!
The vehicle wasn't ready for my pick up time; I was told it was being fueled up and would be 10 mins, the 10 mins turned into at least 20-25 mins. My reservation was made at least 3 days prior to my pick up time and therefore had plenty of time for it to be ready to go.
I was surprised when the attendant video-taped the car's condition before I departed .. but very glad that had been done when I returned the car. The returning employee noticed a ding I hadn't seen before, but the video confirmed that it was existing when I rented the car!
