Great car, new and clean
Agent that handed me the car did not have my car ready. Was VERY RUDE and disrespectful, drove the car inside parking at HIGH speed. I was told his last name was Perez.

My only complaint about MCar is that we had to wait much much longer than anybody else getting a rental car. 5 or 6 of each companies shuttles passed by is at the pickup place before our shuttle got there. However once we got to the facility all employees were great and very quick. When we returned the car, it was also very smooth and quick. I would certainly rent from MCar again, but maybe call ahead for shuttle or take the adjesent Joes parking shuttle which was much quicker

The over all experience are great. Great quote, car it's really clean and inspected for safety. When I called in to report an accident the staff are friendly and caring. Will definitely rent from MCar again next time I'm in town.
At LAX staff need to make it really clear that it isn't Midway bus that takes people back to the terminal.
