Charges for gas were crazy. I believed I was charged almost $8 per gallon. I can see a little higher then normal but that was crazy.
Also pickup was slow. I was lucky that it was not busy. I am concerned that if busy I would have been waiting a very long time
Already have recommended it! Overall, a great experience. (Only issue was getting a wrong answer when I asked where the release for the gas tank was when I was picking it up, and which i only found out was wrong when I went to fill up before returning it and couldn't find it for a while.)
Signage is confusing including when returning vehicle.
I had requested a Volvo (or similar) and when a Volvo was not available, they provided me with an excellent substitute.
Everything went smoothly.
The website really needs to be upgraded.

Awesome staff at LAX - kudos to Ash and Isidro @ pickup, hope I remember their names well. Very friendly, helpful, customer oriented. Also the staff @ return - Alan? I liked the whole experience, you guys are doing a good job. Emails providing information were good too. I had to reschedule twice my pickup time due to flight delay, Christie was awesome. Thank you!
