This was our first time renting from MCar. We had a great experience and will recommend your agency to our friends. We appreciated the convenient location in Santa Monica and were within 3 blocks of the location from our hotel. We also appreciated the option of dropping the car off at your LAX location. As a suggestion, a map of your temporary location at LAX would be helpful as an additional part of the instructions we were given at the Santa Monica agency.
Excellent customer service. Best car rental agency and service we have ever experienced! From the airport van driver, to the desk agents, to the car delivery staff, everyone was very friendly, professional and patient...service with a smile! Other car rental agencies should learn from MCar staff, what customer service is all about! It was a great, stress-free rental experience for us. Bravo to all employees of MCar!!! Will highly recommend to friends, family and associates.
Still having a problem with the exit from the LAX location. That automated arm at Joe's doesn't work very well.

Staff was Very friendly. The driver who picked us up at the airport carried our baggage up the stairs to the rental office. The staff in the rental office also had someone drive us to our rental car because it was raining outside! Exceeded our expectations. Thanks
