Staff was really warm and welcoming. It was a new employee who had served me at the counter, he was thorough with the paper work and told me every detail I needed to know about what I was paying for. I thought that was very informative compared to the first time I had rented from MCar. Loved the car that I ended up driving and everything was just well-equipped and prepared for every new customer. I still think that taking photos and videos of the car for documentation before renting is genius.
Overall, the experience was good.
Staff was extremely welcoming. Check in process was fast and pick up from the airport prompt. We reserved an economy car and was upgraded to a full size because of their kindness. I HIGHLY recommend MCar for your rental. This was my first time renting from them and I will never rent from another company again. MCar is the most professional, efficient and friendly company. Please use them!!!! You will be more than satisfied!!!
The pickup at the airport took a bit of time even though I called MCAR as soon as we had our luggage. The driver of the van also stopped at every stop around the airport even where nobody was waiting. The rest of the checkin process went very smoothly.
All the staff were very helpful and courteous. Definitely will rent car from this Midway car rental location again.

I didn't rent from this company because I was paying with a debit card. The price to rent an economy car was very high. I was quoted a little over $300 to rent an economy car for 4 days. On top of that I was required to put down a $300 deposit. So the total to rent for 4 days was about $620. Thank you, but no thank you. I went to a different agency. They charged me $300 for everything . That included a $150 deposit, full coverage, and 4 days of rental.
Not the usual LAX upsell!
Smooth and easy rental process. Wish the return instructions during off hours was a little clearer. All things considered, a good experience all around.
