Disappointed that the economy car I booked was not available and I was given an SUV "upgrade" instead.
Like many other renters, I prefer an economy car as much for the gas mileage/expense as for the vehicle itself. An SUV is not an upgrade. It is a downgrade. Hopefully Mcar's inventory is sufficient for this not to become a regular occurrence.
Ford Mustang was great. For second car we requested a standard car and received a Nissan Altima. It was very dirty on the interior. We wiped it down and cleaned the windows. Staff was generally friendly and helpful.
Given the low rate I expected compromises from a company I want familiar with but the car and the entire experience was just as good as the major car rental companies. I would be happy to use and recommend MCar again.
Your people are your best asset. Everyone from the shuttle drivers to the counter people were most kind, efficient and excellent to work with. I've already recommended your company to friends and plan on renting again from MCar, should the opportunity present itself.
