The new checkout process with the video takes a long time. We still use Midway because the rates are good, but compared with Avis (which we also use) the "Express" option takes MUCH longer. It often takes 10-15 minutes to pick up a car from Midway now, versus Avis Preferred where you just walk up to your car and drive away. For people who travel frequently for work, this extra time does matter.

Utterly seamless experience. The desk agent gave me a choice of several cars, and I ended up going with something slightly less expensive than my original. She was not pushy, and she was very thorough and clearly extremely competent.
The video inspection was a nice idea, I can't believe I've not seen anyone else do that.
The drop-off was as easy as could be.
I'd be very happy to use MCAR again next time I am in San Diego.

We had a wonderful experience with M-Car. This was our first trip to CA and we were nervous about renting a car from LAX. I found M-Car by researching "Yelp". I am so glad I did. From the shuttle that picked us up at the airport to the cleanliness of the car, it was a top-notch experience.
I'm beyond pleased with my experience and will be renting from MCAR moving forward. Such a great experience and value! I appreciate the reviews of others to sway me to try it out, and I'' so glad I did.
