The car was great! I was pleasantly surprised; I thought that "economy" meant it was going to be mediocre, but the car itself was really nice. The only thing that bothered me was the under 25 thing, but not a big deal.
My vehicle had a strong perfume odor when it was picked up. It smelled like perhaps someone had smoked in the vehicle and it was perfumed up to hid that fact. I had to open the windows because, to me, to perfumed smell was way too strong. Also, it was delivered to me right from the wash area, totally wet. I'm glad it was clean but would have been more impressed if the vehicle I ordered had been ready and prepped prior to my arrival.
First time renting a car and it was a great experience would recommend it to anyone and would rent again.
We had a great experience
The staff was very quick and helpful in calling out damage to the car for the recorded review where most other rental companies do not record this process and only write down damage that the renter points out. I was also concerned I'd see hidden fees on my emailed receipt when renting from a company that I hadn't heard of but that was not the case. Great experience.

Car could have been a little cleaner on the inside. Crumbs and such around the hand brake/console. Otherwise very good and easy experience.
One person was in front of us in line jeopardizing all of the agent's time. We waited about twenty minutes for him to be done. Would have been nice if the agent would have at least acknowledged our presence. Almost went to a different car rental agency.
