It was the best rental car experience I've encountered. Reservation process easy, shuttles were prompt, easy pick-up/drop-off process, personnel were all courteous.

We have rented from Midway/MCAR twice now and have had great experiences both times. This time we had some issues with LA traffic (not surprising) and were going to be a little late getting it back. I called and told them and they made a note of it and were very understanding. We had it back within 30 minutes of our original time, but I feel that most places would have charged us. We love the value and we always get great cars that are practically brand new. We will rent from them again.
Rented here many times and MCar is a better value than other places. Quicker service and very friendly staff. Highly recommend MCar!
The staff at the Santa Monica location were particularly accommodating and helpful.
We had to call for a pick up, but the driver of the really nicely appointed van offered is water, which was very nice. Overall great. At rental experience.
