I got a much bigger car. Didn't want to spend so much on gas. Didn't want big black car. Would have liked smaller lighter car. No one meets you when returning car. Had problems filling gas tank. Didn't show full so had to stop at second gas station on way to airport. Very stressful. Was full just didn't show it. Then had to get agent in office. Needed to know that ahead of time.
I've never rented from MCar and will definitely do it again. GREAT value and great service. I've seldom felt better as a rental car customer during the check in process. Car was pulled up, by a very friendly and professional young lady, the walk around was amazing, then I was on my way. BEST check out experience ever. The check back in experience was ordinary, as I had to walk to the office to check in. that was a 3 start experience.. check out was 5. fix that and you'll be perfect!

Rates were competitive with national carriers. Recommendation to change the frequency of arrival pickups. I waited 30 min for the shuttle. That is not appropriate for business travelers. Tourists and families, maybe.
I recommend you guys to business associates all of the time. I still have a problem with you initially overcharging $200 on our credit cards.
Starting with Danny almost ten years ago, I have always been more than satisfied with Midway (M). Thy always have the right car, and i is always clean, and I never have had any problems.
I still have an idea where M can make much more money making packages for Japanese tourists I have lived in Japan for 5 years and I know what would constitute a great package for Japanese (for example, a Volvo at $250 a day). Please contact me and I can help make M car even better.
