We were first given a Toyota with an awful interior smell. The staff promptly changed the car when we requested it.

The pick up at my hotel was 30 minutes late even though I called the day before as well as in morning to confirm.
The driver pulled up to hotel where I had been waiting with no markings on vehicle or getting out to let me know it was him sitting there. That was another 5 minute delay before the office called to tell me he was there.
It made me late for a meeting.
The staff was courteous and friendly. The car was nice economy and price was satisfactory.

Good experience
My experience at the MCar agency in Beverly Hills has been nothing short of exemplary. And I say this being a Gold member through Hertz, as well as having rented vehicles through Budget, Fox, Alamo, Dollar, and Avis at both airport locations in various states and local outlets.
The folks at MCar give top-tier service. And their vehicles are also very well maintained both inside and out. And to top it off, my most recent rental was a brand new fleet vehicle, which is a plus plus!
