It was a little frustrating to see other rental car shuttles repeatedly come and go before the MCar shuttle arrived and the temporary quarters were a little off putting, but the people and car were great.
Overall, the experience was great! I did not have to wait to pick up or return the vehicle. The shuttle to/from airport was also timely.

The pickup and drop-off could not have been any easier. The staff were helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I look forward to renting from MCAR in the future!
