I really like MCar and will continue to rent from them as long as the prices remain low.
The only minor negative this trip was that when I picked up the car I was offered an upgrade at a higher price. They said I could "take it off their hands" if I paid more. That's not an upgrade, that's rebooking a higher priced car. Regardless, I declined.
Then, the rep offered me basically the same upgraded car as a comp upgrade. I'm happy for a free upgrade, but that approach is shady and insulting
Have had a great experience with mcar the last two tonnes flying into lax. Will continue to use your service when we come out. Rates are good and hope you continue with great service and fair rates!
It was good, no complaints
Terrible experience. The shuttles left me waiting about an hour in total. I should have just walked to another rental agency, so they would have a chance to extort me, too. Last time I'll ever rent a car in the LAX area.
First time and overall great. There was no signage about where exactly to put the car/what to do when returning but figured it out eventually.
