great experience overall.
This was my first time renting from MCar and I had no idea their location was so conveniently located in West LA, as opposed to the airport. Because of this, I am going to rent again, today, when I return this vehicle.

I love MCar but do feel like the rates have gone up. I had to resort to Costco for my next car rental experience just because of the price, but hope I can rent with MCar more in the future.
Overall, a very good experience. In general, I don't like car rental companies that go over the car body with a "magnifying glass" approach. It implies distrust of the customer. I am a Hertz Gold Club member and they don't do things like that. Also, check out and check in is much faster. By the way,when I checked the car out, the gas tank was not full. To me, this is more important than noting every little scratch or dent. MCar is not in the "major league", yet.
All staff were good. When we checked in , the agent remembered me from previous rental from M Car a year or so age.
They are so friendly and they actually care about their customers. I would highly recommend to anyone in my area
As always it was very satisfactory experience with Midway. What was pretty unusual that the car I requested was not honored although being in availability. It was quickly replaced - I lost about 30 min waiting but it was fine. What was not fine that the tank was not full although marked as full. However, a single call to Midway resolved the issue.
Great experience, always go for MCar!
