Staff was very helpful and courteous.
After a long flight to the airport, there were not many instructions given on being picked up by the shuttle, the shuttle took a rather long time to pick up. Not to mention time bein snowballed as your staff gave the gps which i had to rent the wrong instructions
This was my first time renting with MCar and I was very pleased with my experience. The MCar shuttle was prompt and driver was friendly and attentive. I was helped immediately upon arrival to the office, to fill out paperwork. The car I had reserved was smelly, so I was upgraded to a newer and cleaner one at no charge. I so appreciated that as I have sensitive nasal allergies! I was also impressed by the use of technology in the inspection and receipt process. Everything went smoothly. Pleased!
