We waited nearly 30 minutes after the flight for a shuttle to pick us up. Once we arrived at Mcar we signed the paperwork and went to the waiting area for the employee to bring us the rental car. When the car arrived the employee got out with a Ipad and took video of the car and all of the little dings and scratches. When we exited we were given a "prepaid" parking ticket to exit joes parking garage. The ticket was expired and we had to pay for the parking on the rental we just picked up. Q

I have been renting from another car rental for years. My sister in law rented from you a month earlier and was singing your praises. I changed my other car reservation and made one with yours. We were totally satisfied and would recommend you and use you again.
The employees are nice and friendly. I would definitely go back to rent for MCar again.
I always rent at mcar when visit lax.. like the smaller, more perd on feel vs dollar, thrifty, etc construction was a bit confusing but understandable. Will continue to be a customet in future.
Less than 10 min wait for the shuffle, whole rental process took 5 min, I got a car way better than I expected - super happy client here and I will recommend you to everybody!
