Great car at a amazing rate
Mcar has been my car rental place of choice when I visit Southern California. The shuttle service needs attention as they r quite slow to respond even when notified of arrival.
I typically choose Alamo but went with MCAR based on rental rate and excellent reviews. We were picked up immediately at LAX by a nice driver and beautiful shuttle bus. Driver did a great job getting us to the rental center and was very professional. The staff at the center was friendly and efficient. Vehicle was clean and I received a free upgrade. Location had lots of construction. ONLY recommendation would be to provide an accurate address or coordinates for GPS when returning vehicles.

Better marking regrading returning cars to back area. Not great to be forced to pay for insurance either, ie if it's required and there are no choices it should be included in quote. It's also not realistic that everyone will have a paper copy of insurance available if they do have coverage.
I want to really thank the staff for being so awesome. This is the seconD time I've rented here and guaranteed I'll be back to rent next time I'm LA!! Thanks!! JILL Kramer

By far, it was the best car that I've ever rented. Unfortunately, I forgot to refuel to a full tank prior to returning the vehicle. I believe the MCar refuel charge ($6.95 per gallon) was excessive.
