I been rent from here for 3 years before coming to MCar.
This time I'm not happy with the car and mistake with the staff.
Only good thing was helping from the satff courteous

It was the best experience I've ever had with renting a car. Will definitely be recommending to any friends or family that visit California.
My flt was delayed (arrived 10:20p @ LAX). I was aware to call since office closed at 11p. I called several times between 10:25 and 11p) and no one answered. I did leave a voice message with no return call. I ended up taking a taxi to my destination ($40 fee).
I do come to LA 2-3 times a year and use your rental company. I recommended your company to my son who visits LA several times a year as well. But I did tell him of my experience and to be aware of time constraints.
I will never rent from another agency in LA again.
Experience was smooth. Car was great. I had no issues. I didn't have to wait on line very long to get the car. I'd definitely recommend this service to others.
