Picking up at LAX was a bit tedious due to the shuttle and long line, but the staff was courteous.
We did not bring booster seats and the desk agent first said the agency would provide them, then said they did not have any. So we had to put our kids in the car without them and drive to a store to buy them.
All of the staff with whom we interacted at MCAR were wonderful: professional, cheery, and very helpful. I would definitely rent from MCAR again.
The agent was very helpful and even printed us directions to our destination. We had no wait and our car was new.

THE RETURN PROCESS WAS ABSOLUTELY HORRENDOUS & CAUSED ME TO MISS MY PLANE!! Too many problems to list in 500 words but I had drive up down & around parking lots & ramps & find it totally unacceptable that I was asked (by a brusque employee) to just leave the vehicle in a space without receiving a printed receipt & only a promise that one would be emailed to me. **THE CUSTOMER HAS EVERY RIGHT TO EXPECT THAT A PRINTED RECEIPT BE OFFERED ON A TIMELY BASIS AT THE CONCLUSION OF THE RENTAL!!!!
