A fantastic experience. The staff was phenomenal and very helpful. The value can't be beat.
She charged me $5.00 a day more than the original quote for something I thought I already upgraded to. When I called into MCar after returning the vehicle .. they agreed to refund the extra charge.

All of your staff (the shuttle driver, the check in at the counter and at the vehicle and at the return) were very friendly and helpful. I travel a lot and many of these experiences blend together. Your people stood out for their attitude!! Only problem was the failure of the automatic gates (at exit and return) to recognize the bar code on our printout.

Couldn't beat the price, great value
This place is great. No lines. Picked up the car around 9am and returned it at 5:30am. There is a shuttle from and to LAX airport. They took pictures and video around the car with iPad and had me sign the contract on the iPad as well. Definitely will rent through them again.
