difficult to find the kiosk in the garage...
Front passenger side window was smeared with some kind of residue. rear seats also had some kind of residue on them. trunk of car had writing engraved on it - strange.
Could'nt have been more satisfied with the service. Our shuttle driver Vince was awesome. Really did a good job or setting the tone for arriving in LA after a long flight. He was hilarious helpful and very knowledgeable. He even brought our bags all the way in for us. The ladies at the front desk were also very helpful both on arrival and departure. We ended up extending our trip by 2 days and everyone at MCAR was just helpful. Very satisfied with the company and LA staff. Will rent from again.
