Overall it was a fast and easy experience. I really liked how organized you guys are despite location.
Midway is the best!
The transportation driver from LAX to the office office was too much. He wanted to talk and try to entertain, but sometimes guests do not want to interact. Also, it feels very high pressure to tip someone when they help you even if you do not want the help. An example would be the entrance of the transportation being blocked by the driver to grab your bag that you can easily handle yourself.
I'll most likely use this company again. Staff was personable and helpful. The rate was great and the vehicle okay, but not wonderful. In my experience other companies have upgrade without being asked, I asked and was told there were none available. I travel extensively for business and personal and know that isn't the case. Of course, this is the first time I've used your company, so have no history.
Because of construction it was awkward picking up and dropping off the vehicle.
I rented a car for 3 weeks from MCar. They had better rates than the other major car rental companies for the amount of time I needed to rent. The cost was way less than other rental agencies. They did a thorough check of the exterior/interior of the car with me and video recorded the process and later emailed to me so I would have a record as well. Very friendly staff.

Customer service was great! Competitive pricing compared to the big rental companies. The vehicle we rented was good, but the interior was pretty dirt and had seen better days. I would rent again for the customer service and pricing.
