Great experience. My go to when I'm in LA.
Mcar was great to rent from and the car was clean and washed when we picked it up. We did have a small issue at return when front passenger side bumper panel was popped out. when we picked up the car i noted scuff mark on bottom of this panel. we drove all over Socal for a week and this panel must have popped out during driving (we never hit a thing) but from video review and me popping panel back in they agreed it was not our fault.

Excellent customer service! I'm a hertz and sixt gold member and decided to rent here after a poor service when I visited LAX the last time. I was very very pleasantly surprised and will definitely rent here again!

I like Midway and rent from them regularly, my only frustration is the pick up and drop off. Particularly the drop off waited 25 minutes this time it makes me ancy , additionally while very helpful the driver confirmed my terminal with me and then was about to drive by it, I had to direct him to stop.
