The staff on the pick-up end was courteous and answered all of my questions - however, when I returned the car, the employee just took the key and said goodbye... I felt uneasy considering we did an inspection before leaving and I was expecting to do the same upon returning. Also, when I called before traveling, I was told it was ok to use a debit card, but was not told about the additional $200 deposit. when traveling, budgeting your trip is essential. losing $200 of spending cash can hurt.
My rental experience was positive, overall.
Loved the car. We are big Toyota fans:-) Very pleased with the rates. We were picked up promptly and was so easy to deliver the car back and catch the shuttle back to airport.

The exterior wasn't clean but it was tolerable
I was nervous renting from a smaller agency but I was pleasantly surprised. Great service! I did feel like the shuttle took a while to pick us up at the airport. I would say we waited 20+ minutes. But that could have been LA traffic!
It was a fair price. I had one demand for the car and it was to get me to point A and back to point B and it did just that. I got back in one peace and for that I am extremely satisfied.
Was a sixt customer. They now offer nothing different than other agencies. First experience with M-Car.We'll see how it goes? Car options are important.
