Good renting experience, hope the office will be nicer after construction is finished
May I recommend you add someway to track your shuttle thru lax, maybe on your website, or an app. And maybe some way to indicate a customer is waiting for pickup and at which terminal stop

Everyone in the office was helpful and knowledgeable. The vehicle was great and added to the ease and fun of the trip!
Signage , exit procedure , etc was quite confusing due to construction but
