I know you're under construction, but could use a bit more signage! But your customer service is still great.
They forgot to include my military discount. I mentioned it on the initial reservation. I had to call and get it corrected.
I find MCar to be one of the best all-around rental agencies in Los Angeles. Customer service is always excellent, the cars are always clean and well-maintained and the prices are lower than almost all others.
the video documentation process to record existing dings and scratches on the car was incredible and made me feel at ease.

Two different staff members said that the shuttle would be able to take us to our hotel after we dropped off the rental car, but the driver on duty said they couldn't do that. Other than that, we loved the car, it was a clean, nice looking car!
