Would have been nice to have been upgraded considering I waited at the counter for 40 minutes because of a power outage.
This is my second time renting from Midway West LA and both times have been great. Specifically, this time I received a great vehicle for a great rate, and the staff at pick-up and drop-off were prompt and courteous.
