When I arrived, a large family was being helped, and I had to wait 10-20 minutes before someone offered to start helping me. Other than that, I was pleasantly surprised by the vehicle, but the price was higher than I wanted due to underage fees.
I waited at the terminal for about 20 minutes before the shuttle got there to take me to get my car. I was not very pleased about that. Once on property, staff was very nice and helpful. I would recommend more frequent shuttles so customers are not waiting more than a few minutes for a shuttle to get their rental.
No-one told us what the shuttle would look like that picked us up from the airport. It was unlocked. The only way we knew was because he asked a man from Hertz who is picking up other people and he told us what to look for.
The rates were alittle high and I've been a regular renter
Easy experience to rent the car, very satisfied.
Customer service check in gentleman was outstanding very knowledgeable.The car was dirty inside and out and it had very noticeable damages on the outside of the car. I like that it was well documented for prior damage. I would have like if they had honored my request it look like they had plenty of cars and enough staff to put out a clean and nice looking vehicle. The checkout gentleman seemed to be in a hurry and disconnected (get the customer in and get them out) with a dirty car????
There was nothing exceptional except the offering the lowest price. It was time consuming to travel to/from LAX because of the frequency of the shuttle. The location of the office was challenging to find when returning the car, as well. Finally it was very uncomfortable to have the car walk-through recorded. It put me on the defensive about renting the car since I was almost afraid to drive it for fear of getting a scratch.
Great experience! I had never heard of this place before but it was recommended to me by a local from Los Angeles. Everything went smoothly, and the price I got online was the price I payed when I walked up to the counter. They even threw in a free upgrade without me asking. 1010
