Our flight was delayed & when we arrived at the rental office, it was closed. We had to rent another vehicle. When we returned the following morning we were told that our contract had expired &that there were no vehicles available for us to have! Because our representative was very respectful, we were able to finally rent a vehicle. The remainder of the process worked very well. There needs to be a procedure for unexpected delays for travelers. We incurred additional costs.
The associate Jay was outstanding. He answered all of my questions. Great service.
We have rented from MCar in th past, and this was our second time. We will definitely use again in the future!

I've been loyal to this company when renting cars and I don't plan on breaking that loyalty anytime soon! I won't get a compact car next time, though, because I'm a little too tall for it. Haha
So much better and faster than the national agencies! It is worth a slightly higher rate to be in the rental car in 15 minutes rather than 2 hours and 15 minutes!
MCar was better than expected at almost every step of the process, but Pat at the service desk stood out even beyond that. She helped us feel comfortable and at ease after the trials of travel. Thank you MCar for incredible service at a remarkable price.
