when I need a rental car I chose MCar only. I have been a customer for 15 years now. Great customer service, good value for money and clean new cars that always run well. I will continue to use MCars, and recommend the company over their competitors to my friends and colleagues.
Quick and easy rental process
Rental went very smooth it was my 2nd time renting with you guys!
Picking up the car was fine. Fast and easy. Disliked that you took a direct, old-fashioned manual imprint of my credit card; dangerous!
Return challenging. Spoke with agent to whom I retruned the car. Asked her to verify that the deposit would go back immediately as I'd been told. She said no, it would go back at night that evening. Then she gave me wrong directions to bathrrom & shuttle. Then the restrooms were closed. Then I had to walk to Joe's shuttle because yours wasn't running!
I was recommended M Car by a friend and will now be recommending y'all in the future.
Signage was terrible. Hard to find location.

When I received the car, it only had a quarter tank of gas. It would have been nice to have at least half a tank but this was not a big problem.
