The staff that I've met on Sunday was great man who helped and guided me well but the staff of Monday morning didn't provide complete information to me and caused extra charge.
This is the second time that I have rented from MCAR and had positive experiences both times. Will go to them first when planning to rent again.
I was very happy with my car and with the service. I tried making a reservation over the phone, and the woman was helpful- she showed me how to make a reservation on the Internet, where I could save a few dollars compared to making the reservation over the phone. Then, when I brought the car back, I arrived 45 minutes after closing due to 4 (!) accidents on the freeway, but the staff was still there and still let me return the car without any additional charges.
Everything went smoothly from pick up to dropping the car back off.
The quick service at the counter separates MCAR from other agencies.
