Everything was perfect!
Great service, knowledgeable staff, clean vehicle, all around great experience.
After dropping the car in LAX office, we waited too long 25~30 minutes for the shuttle (15 ~18people), and waited under the big sun warm day certainly not a pleasure at all. Aria
I have been renting from this location for quite some time and have never had a more stressful rental experience than this time around. I felt that the staff was not courteous or willing to accommodate me. They made me feel like I was a nuisance and they displayed poor attitudes when speaking to them both on the phone and in person. I believe quality customer service is key with any business and is what keeps people coming back.
The experience was wonderful. The only problem or lack of information I didn't have was where outside do i pick up the shuttle bus and airport personal (4-5) each told me a different location. Being from Los Angeles I finally asked another shuttle driver for another agency and he told me where to go and look for the purple shuttle with as I remember MCar on the van. A few minutes later i saw the shuttle and he saw me. Everything went fine from there.

Windows are not that clean. I think wiping on the inside would definitely help. The car was wet when I picked up and I asked if they were going to dry windows on outside so I can see better? He told me its filtered water and I drove off with a wet car and not so clean windows. I really like the people that work at mcar so I'll rent again.....just my opinion since I like clean windows when I drive.
It was a great experience Luis @ Payless rental car was great help honest and polite respectful and gave me a great deal I will come back to rent a car with them.
I signed up for the MCAR select. The process is a bit long. Having to put my address and cc# in 4 times when you have a photocopy of it all seems a bit excessive. Otherwise I simply wish you woudl be at more airports.
