Great experience! I like the fact that they took a video and photos of all scratches and dings prior to me taking the car. Then they emailed me the information. Very nicely done!
as I was catching a flight which will be departing in an hour, staff at returning booth was very helpful. he was quick and precise handling the list of items from his checklist . joe from the other side who was providing night shuttle bus servicing was also extremely helpful knowing that i had to catch a flight. they kept me updated almost every minute where the bus is located in the traffic. a very great experience with their services provided!
