First time using M Rental car in LA, would definitely use again! Shuttle pickup from airport was great, but then, I arrived very early with little traffic. Not sure how it would be later in the day. Shuttle drop off was with Joe's Shuttle. Had to wait 10 mins, but not a problem since I was early. Great service overall, nice car (except the big spot/stain on the passenger seat from unknown substance). Not knowing what that was, it would have been nice to have that cleaned up prior.
From checking in to dropping the car off, everything was flawless and smooth. AND we got a free upgrade!! Can't beat that.

My only complaint is that I was in a hurry, but had to refill out a personal info and credit card form, despite having been a Midway Express customer for 7-8 years. I trust that once you have this entererd into the new computer system, that it won't become a repetitive action.
There were no overall issues with the experience. The car's brakes weren't the best and it was tough to get it to accelerate at times but other than that everything was fine.
The rate was pricey, I assume because it is the middle of the summer, but it was significantly lower than most others. The car and the service was great. No complaints.
I await the entire process to be quicker next time.
I couldn't have had a better experience. I will only be using Mcar for car rentals and I will be recommending them to all who will listen.
Waited over 45 minutes to be waited on. Once I successfully checked in I was an hour into the process. Then had to wait while staff scrambled to locate the carseats. Car was severely damaged in the front but an hour into the process I didn't have the patience to start over. Even when I returned the car the employee accepting the return was surprised they rented me the car in that shape. Carseats were filthy and stained my kid's clothes. Staff was friendly and gave discount. Not worth it though.
