Very good experience!
Promptly taken care of (after office paperwork done) both at car pick up and drop off. Literally zero wait time.
Car was fine. Check out & check in process a little cumbersome
The only concern was the additional hold on my credit card over and above the rental rate.
Had to wait a 5-10 minutes for a guy to grab a ticket for me to leave. Not a huge deal, but would be nice to see a little pep in his step because I just sat around in my rental car as he leisurely walked around and brought it to me.
It was also a little confusing to find the office since it's all under construction, but the front desk girl almost assumed I'd rented a car before, but I needed more clarification on a few things and she seemed a bit annoyed. But the car people were really nice.
MCAR had good reviews which is why I paid a little more to rent from them. Was overall good experience. Only real annoyance is the parking lot; getting in and out is really annoying and confusing.
There was trash under the passenger's seat.
The interior of the windshield needed to be cleaned. Luckily, I bring the necessary items to preform this myself, as almost no rental car agency does a through job.
Polite and respectful
My rental experience exceeded my expectations. I would recommend MCAR to friends and family. The professionalism and car options were very impressive.
