Really great experience renting in LAX and returning to San Diego. Great rate, easy, people were nice. Will definitely rent again and recommend.

Place better announcing in the airport area..
My experience was pleasant and uneventful, which is a good thing. I was satisfied with the experience and would recomend. My only comments that would help improve things;1) The shuttle to pick me up seemed to take quite a long time. I cannot say for certain how long, but I know I watched competing rental shuttles pass me 2-3 times, enough to make me wonder if I was in the right place.
2) Your current office had construction going on that made it a little difficult to find on the way back.
This is a second time we've used MCar and this experience was better than the first. Only complaint the first time was there was an extra long wait to be picked up at the airport (approximately 30 mins.)
The staff was great and helpful, but the wait time at the airport was a little long. I had a great experience with the company!

Great service all the way through the process. the only thing that was problematic was the long wait time at LAX for the shuttle to ride to your facility for pickup.

Long wait at the terminal for a shuttle bus makes it difficult to use MCar again in the future if I am traveling for business. Otherwise, a very satisfactory experience.
